These are low-grade li-ion cells, marked "3000mAh" but testing between 400-800mAh. Some test around 1600mAh, but these "pairs" are inconsistent.
These are mostly no-name or unbranded, may vary from picture.
They will work in our light-therapy flashlights, but remember to lubricate the tailcap threads when changing batteries, as you will be changing batteries often.
